IMAGE SALES: Most of the photos and slides that are sold on PiscesPix are made by professional photographers using professional and amateur models. When purchasing these images you can expect to receive top quality, professionally processed photos or slides. I do occasionally sell amateur photos and slides obtained from personal collections, traders and sellers. What you see is what you get but please do keep in mind that amateur means just that. Please do not expect amateur photos to meet professional standards.

REPRODUCTION RIGHTS: Many vintage original slides are sold with rights and that will be specifically stated in the description. All other photos and slides auctioned by PiscesPix are sold on a collector to collector basis without reproduction or distribution rights.

MODIFIED 8X10: Because of the aspect ratio, some 8X10s will actually not be 8X10s but closer to 7X10 and sometimes even a little less. Where aspect ratio is an issue, the print will still be on 8X10 photo paper but may have a white border on the top and bottom or on the sides depending on the orientation of the image. This will normally be noticeable on the auction page.

PRINTING: The lab I use caters to professional photographers. As might be expected, they produce extremely high quality professional work. I do occasionally pick up an interesting inkjet print from here or there to auction off. If I know or suspect that a print is from an inkjet I will so state in the description. Some inkjet printers however, are putting out prints of a quality that is difficult to discern from a lab print.

PAYMENT: Credit cards, money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks and cash. PayPal’s policy states that PayPal cannot be used to pay for items listed in the Mature Audience section of eBay.

SHIPPING: Shipping is usually done very quickly and never later than four working days of receipt of payment. An exception would be if I found it necessary to clear a personal check before shipment. If a customer has a good feedback record, I don’t normally wait for check clearance to ship. All items are shipped well packaged in a timely manner.

FEEDBACK: Positive feedback and 5 star ratings are extremely important to sellers as it affects the bottom line. Please do leave positive and 5 stars if you are pleased with your purchase. Things don’t go wrong often but humans are humans and mistakes can happen once in a while. If something goes wrong with your order, do not leave negative feedback without contacting me first so that I can fix it. If you are not happy with what you receive, contact me. Chances are very good that we can reach an amicable solution. Negative feedback just isn’t necessary 99.9% of the time.

REFUNDS: All sales are final unless a customer receives the wrong item or an item was inaccurately described. Other unique cases may be considered.

AGE OF MODELS: Without exception, any model in any image sold by PiscesPix was at least 18 years of age at the time the image was made. Applicable supporting documentation is on file.

PRIVACY: I use the plain brown envelope concept for shipping. The PiscesPix name does not appear on the envelope or packet. Your personal or contact info is not sold, rented, leased or shared with anyone or any entity - period.
